We bought ours new for that reason. We didn't want someone else's problems. It cost a lot of money, but it is worth it. It's my bed and my bathroom, nobody uses it but my wife and I.

I have an 08 E 450 that I put about 2 - 3000 miles on a year. I was changing the oil every 6 mos. Now it's out of warranty I change once a year. Most of the miles gets put on in a 4 month period. hope this helps.

Hi rvgrammady, I live in Quartzsite, so the easiest way to get here is thru Brawley on Hwy. 78. Between Blythe, Ehrenberg, and Quartzsite, there are a lot of RV parks. Get on RV park Reviews and check them out. The most parks are in Quartzsite. Hope this helps you.
