I stayed at that campground quite a few years ago and it was a dump! There were many permanent campers living there with trash and all kinds of stuff around their trailers. How they got the KOA franchise is beyond me. We would never stay there again even if we had to travel a lot longer or be farther away from the people we were going to visit in the area. I think my advice would be to let things go. You could always refund the other member from your own funds just to make him and you feel better. I think that is what I would do. Good luck. Hello! My wife and I have been RVing for the past 40 years. Started out on motorcycle and tent and finished last year with a beautiful 30ft Travel trailer that has taken us to most of the U.S. We are both in our mid 80's now so our traveling days are at an end and our trailer rests in my sons private, family campground in the woods of Northern Michigan. We still enjoy camping up there with our extended family. I have been a moderator on RV.net for about 25 or more years and have met many wonderful and delightful people in that time.
