I tore out from the inside, should be able to fix it, but it looks like the plywood had been glued to the skin? Anybody attempt to fix something like this? From the inside there is wood panel then app 2" of foam insulation, then appears another wood panel on the exterior glued to the skin. Any help I would welcome..
