Store outside in PA and have 2 feet of snow on the roof most winters.Never a problem.

We stay at this KOA each spring. KOA - 940 Gold Hill Road Fort Mill, SC 29708. Sites are a little unlevel but nothing hard to deal with. Good dog run, store, propane and friendly people.

Have you considered Brownsville, South Padre Island. It's where we go each winter and the weather was warmer than FL last year.

My Rottweiler is the reason I own a motorhome. Wouldn't go on vacation without him. Infrequently we find a campground who won't take us but we just move on. We always call ahead and check. Hasn't been a problem.

We stayed at Bear Creek last year. Nice place . Enterprise delivered a car at a good rate. Sloop is right about the Grove Park Inn.
