My wife was born & raised in Cleveland, NM AND I have been married to her for 53 years and the MAIN highway from Las Vegas, NM TO TAOS,NM IS 518! As you go into Mora you will come to 434 on your right that goes along way. It is a paved narrow 2 lane road. Trail-explorer: Here in Ca. You don't register the camper. But, every camper comes with a license holder attached under the left or right tail light! If the LEO'S can't see the plate, you better put the plate on the camper! I drove a one ton truck with a 11 1/2 ' camper & I changed the plate every time I took the camper off! We had two different cards. Passport America & Happy Camper. With these we had over 2,000 camp grounds! About 50% were the same CG's. But it still gave us a lot to choose from. Only one in 10 years was about 15 miles off the main highway, we were in for a real nice surprise! It was on a small lake and our site was on the second row up the hill. Good views all around!
