TPO versus EPDM
Hello. I own a Jayco Eagle and I will be trading for a new 2018 Grand Design Imagine travel trailer in the next few months. My Jayco has an EPDM roof. The Grand Design has a TPO roof. Which type is better? I think the TPO is better than the EPDM but there's probably different opinions about that. Any opinion and suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, C. My rubber roof caulk is cracked and I had a few waters leaks. I don't want to recaulk the entire roof. I'm considering applying liquid rubber roof over all the lap caulking. How do you feel about that and has anyone else done that? Is ther another way besides recaulking? The original tires on my 2000 Jayco Eagle were Marathons. When I had to replace then all I still went with GY Marathons but changed to a D instead of original C.The original spare exploded . I don't know why. Called my local GY dealer and spoke to him about getting a GY rep to consider a free replacement. It was approved. So I got five new tires for the price of four.
