We appreciate your business.Re: Need service in NashvilleWe would welcome the opportunity to earn your business at Camping World in Nashville. 2618 Music Valley Dr, Nashville, TN 37214 (877) 827-2398Re: Canmpingworld.ca is not correct in any way...Thaks for bringing this up. I would expect our web group is aware of the issues and are working on them as we speak. Thanks again.Re: Dealer or Factory delay??Dutch, Thanks for the post. With the severe weather and cold this winter the plants in Elkhart actually closed down which delayed delivery to dealers across the country. Once they opened back up, weather in the midwest, south and west delayed deliveries even further. When the weather gets bad, drivers become every cautious when and where they go, understandably not wanting to venture into an area hit with ice and snow pulling a trailer or fifth wheel they are responsible for getting to a dealer on one peice. It was a "perfect storm". It effected most all manufacturers and most dealers. Believe me, most dealers want to know when the inventory they bought gets delivered so they can keep customers happy. Hope this helps.Re: Camping World RV Sales treatment of thier customersFolks- this is my last comment on this. Clearly there will be no winner and if you want to dump on us then you have that right. I will sleep just fine on how my stores handled this. wrgrs50s - people make mistakes, it was not on purpose, we felt terrible, and bent over backwards to make it good. I know you do not find every human error unexcusable. I worked the numbers myself and consider your intelligence insulted.Re: Camping World RV Sales treatment of thier customersThere is no profit when you sell at cost. ThanksRe: Camping World RV Sales treatment of thier customersSo darsben- I don't want to get in to he said/she said and you are entitled to yuor opinion (thats what this site allows) but you don't know the facts, the number of phone calls there were, etc. Our invoice is the cost plain and simple. Its what we own it for. Its not the car business where there is holdback. To think anything different not correct. Nowhere do we imply the customer was wrong. Call it lip service if you like but I don't feel thats the case. When we screw up we admit it and try to make it right. I will leave it at that. Thanks for participating in the site and we appreciate your membership.Re: Camping World RV Sales treatment of thier customerskarwiz - Thanks for the post. We make mistakes and I did apologize. In the mad rush of the Tampa RV show we made an error and delivered the unit you thought you had purchased to someone else. However in my opinion we went all out to correct it. Without getting in to great detail, for the rest of you on this post, we offered to get an exact unit from the factory and sell it at invoice. We offered to get a nearly exact unit from Chattanooga, pay the additonal for transportation, and sell it at invoice, taking a loss with transportation. We also gave more than your trade in was worth. In addition, a gift card for your trouble. We also included the hitch at no charge to you because you stated the sales associate said it was in the deal. Plus: we reduced the down payment, we reduced the interest rate, we changed the hitch to a slider hitch because you had a short bed. I know the people in Bartow and in Tampa very well and I can assure you they are upright, honest, and want nothing more than to satisfy a customer. I am sorry we could not earn your business but I am not going to allow your statements to go unchecked. We did our absolute best to give you want you want and if that is not good enough, I am sorry about that. We want to earn everyones business but there is no more to give to earn yours. RegardsRe: Camping World Syracuse - Not Too GoodBruce, So sorry for your experience in Syracuse. No excuses, we dropped the ball. I have sent your message to the proper management and we'll use this as a learning experience. Our apologies and we appreciate your business.Re: E-mailed Marcus - no responsejkmcmom Thank you for your note. Mr Lemonis does read each email but with the volume may not get to them immediately. I will get this in the proper hands. Thanks
