Or do I need to cut into the ceiling?AC duct leakingOur AC duct(s) are leaking cold air into the roof. I pulled the shroud around the bathroom roof vent which exposed the gap between the roof and the ceiling. When I did that could feel plenty of cool air blowing. Is there an easy way to resolve this or would I need to rip open the ceiling? Maybe like spray something inside?Re: Counties in Florida that allow full-time on own property? In Putnam you can live in an RV for 60 days and must have a permit to build first.Counties in Florida that allow full-time on own property? We're in Putnam County FL on a relative's property but found out after we moved in that I was misreading the county zoning ordinances and we really aren't permitted to live here full-time. I've not found any FL counties that allow living full-time on your own property except a rumor that Taylor County allows up to four on one lot. I need to call them to find out. What other counties can we consider?Re: Replace fridge with different model? Thanks all, this is the information I came here for :-)Re: Replace fridge with different model? enblethen wrote: The dimensions in the chart shows why it isn't exact fit. Would have to modify opening. Yes, I would shim it and bolt it best I could, question is aside from the dimensions, would there be any reason it wouldn't work?Re: Replace fridge with different model? LINK No, that's more expensive than the one I'm eyeing.Replace fridge with different model? Our older RV (2005 Fleetwood 25QB) fridge (Dometic RM2652) died, and I'm wondering if there's any issues replacing it with an RM2620? It is not listed as a replacement model in this chart but as far as I can see the only difference is it's slightly smaller, and I could just shim and bolt it into place as securely as possible.Re: Extend-a-Stay clogging tanks?Oops, I definitely should have mentioned the big RV has emergency leak-stopping valves... sorry, didn't occur to me when posting. That might? have been the cause all along, together with fast opening the valves. Very relevant to this problem and is the most likely cause. I had to change the hose anyway, it was leaking. I've not yet had a chance to test the old "failed" tanks but will try to remember to update this thread when I do. Going to crack open the valves slowwwwwwwwwwwly from now on.Re: Extend-a-Stay clogging tanks? JimK-NY wrote: It sounds like you are opening the tank valve too quickly. That can result in no flow if the emergency shutdown is activated by a high initial flow. While I was topping off the tanks today, an old timer overheard my question and he said exactly the same thing. I’m gonna try the old “failed” tanks again with a slower open. Thanks.
