It seems like they just paste a standard reply to all questions without even reading the questions. I am thinking about cancelling my coverage since they are incapable or unwilling to give a public answer! My guess is you will get no support at all and when you file a claim it will be denied due to not calling first.Re: Yukon CanadaCan I please get my remote area question and PM to GS Admin answered?? I have been waiting a few weeks??Re: Yukon CanadaWhitehorse has 3 towing companies. All owned by the same person and working out of the one building!Re: Yukon Canadain most cases there is only one tow company in these towns anyway so they shouldn't be looking for loop holes for not paying.Re: Yukon CanadaYeah and I even sent a PM to the admin with no replyHow long to processI signed up for roadside assistance a few hors ago. How long does it take good same to process my payment and issue a temporary card? I want to go rving for the weekend but I am reluctant to go without coverage. THANKSRe: Yukon CanadaI have not had any incidents. I am looking at purchasing your roadside service and I wanted to know what your policy is regarding the above situation in a remote area ( 90% of the Alaska hwy and in Yukon/Alaska ). ThanksRe: Yukon CanadaThat's what I am waiting for. A Good Sam response. ThanksRe: Yukon CanadaWhat does Sams expect you to do when in a remote area without cell coverage to call? Reject the tow?Re: Yukon CanadaThat's what worries me. It's up to 3 hours drive between town's up here in Yukon & Alaska with no cell phone coverage in between. So a break down becomes a drama and hours to get help.
