The difference was 8500Re: 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor 450 hp & 510 lb-ft of torqueDitto, not for towing. I have a 2012 and although it's a wonderful truck, rides great, and makes gobs of power....the payload is low and the suspension is soft.Re: Post your tow vehicle pics here 2016 F350 Platinum. Pulls like freight train.Re: May's Sales Numbers NRALIFR wrote: Not sure if it's in those numbers of not, but I did what I could to help. Took delivery of a 2016 F450 King Ranch on May 31. :):) I did the same, only it was an F350 Platinum last month.Re: Ford 6.7L Powerstroke V8 DieselI had a 2011 that was trouble free. Then I went back to Ram and then just a couple weeks ago I bought a new 2016 F350 dually. I mainly missed the better transmission in the ford but the new dually rides better than my 2012 ram dually did.Re: New 2016 F350 (Follow-Up Thread)Another vote for duraflap. I buy them first thing after any new truck purchase. High quality and heavy duty.Re: Well finally out with the best TV I've hadWow! Congrats, we were ogling the big MHs in Missoula just a few weeks ago!Re: hitch or spray liner first? TucsonJim wrote: Just a word of caution. I had my liner put in, then installed the hitch myself. Since it was hot in the garage, I made the mistake of working in shorts and sandals. When I drilled one of the holes for the hitch, the flaming hot metal and liner material decided to spin off the drill and land between the bottom of my foot and the top of my sandal. Holy $&!T!!! I stood up real fast and hit my head on the rail for the garage door opener. Holy $&!T!!! I think the combination of metal, liner material and friction got that little piece of debris up to about 3 jillion degrees. So I jumped out of the truck and put my foot in a five gallon bucket of cold water. Ahhhh, that's better. Just then the DW walked into the garage to see me with my foot in a bucket of water and my scalp bleeding. She just shook her head and walked back inside. All in all, it was a great learning experience installing my own hitch. Oh man! LOL. This sounds like how my projects go!Re: DRW disadvantagesMy DRW is my daily driver. I take it through all the drive thrus, park where ever I want , etc. driving on the icy highway in winter is a tad more white knuckle for me than the SRW was.Re: New Shoes 45Ricochet wrote: Michelin have a sidewall cracking warning I have heard :B LOL, this made me chuckle.
