I ran into it when I logged in to the visible app..After hours of trying to get them to fix one of my accounts so I could buy another newer one on the new system to try out. Then it dawned on me. I told the customer service chat person that it's probably easier just to open a new account with a new email....and it was! I picked up a Midnight. It's faster than either of our others.
