HARTLAND TIRES are Discount Tires proprietary brand. There quality is unknown. The quality depends on how much oversight the buyer puts on the seller to maintain standards. I would not use HARTLAND as a tire while traveling "on the road". In case of warranty problem you will not get the tire replaced quickly. With a national brand you will get warranty work quickly. Think Hartland fails Friday afternoon 500 miles away from home. What are you going to do? Buy another tire?
