First one, then the others started to come apart and not zipping up. I called adco, and the cs rep walked me through trying to fix it. Claimed it happens all the time. But to no avail, they still would seperate. He explained I have a one time replacement warranty, for $35 shipping I can get the same cover. (which cost me $400+) I asked if it would have the same zipperes, he said yes. But i could upgrade to a better cover for an additional $600+ with a warranty or $800+ a better warranty. I said it doesn't sound to me like its a better cover, just a better more expensive warranty. I guess I'm stuck with the junky zippers for now. Adco Products..buyer beware.Adco CoverPurchased an Adco cover from camping world last Nov. While opening up the other day, 2 of the 4 zippers came apart and would not zip back up. After calling Adco, I was told how to repair the zippers with WD-40 and pliers. I was concerned having to do this on a fairly new cover that it may happen again. So the Adco rep. told me I have a one time replacement option in my 2 year warranty period. My question is, has anyone with the new adco covers experienced this problem. Is it a defect or just a coincidence. I'm still waiting on adco to email me info on starting a claim. Not sure if they will. Not sure if it was money well spent.
