I am new to this forum but not new to RVing. We currently have a 40 ft diesel pusher and a tow car that we have used for the past 5 years. We want to down size and are really looking at a 30 ft travel trailer that has a 10,000 lb. GVWR. We will have to buy a tow vehicle which will probably be a crew cab short bed truck preferably a diesel but not a dually. Do I need a tow capacity greater than 10k? What additional expenses like a weight distribution hitch will I need? We travel extensively and all over the country. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.940Views0likes3Comments
