It's more question of space and weight. I only have a small Ford Transit where space is limited. Is there maybe something like a huge capacitor which could deliver enough power to start the AC?
I just checked the datasheet of the multi plus. And it claims to have 4kw peak. So you might be right that the bottle neck might be the battery. But this still leaves me withe three options soft starter, inverter booster or an additional battery
