I am well acquainted with PI.Re: Where is EVERYONE??I haven't checked into the forum for a long time. Just getting my 99 Road Trek ready for a trip to VA for a storytelling festival. I too have a mouse problem, have sealed every hole I can find but they still find there way in somewhere. My wife advised me to try spraying a mixture of Tea Tree oil and water around the tires and under the RT. I may as well try it, none of the other remedies have seamed to work.Re: Cold Weather In a Class BI agree with Lwiddis. I live in Pa.I know the weather for the north east and I personally would winterize all fresh water lines, drink bottled water and probably not use the holding tanks at all. Get a Porta potty for night time emergency's. Replacing plumbing in a "B" or any RV would be a costly and difficult project. Just my humble opinion.Re: What is this part called on the fresh water tankI think you will find that the line does also go to the pump. It depends just how you have the valve on the line turned on he city water hookup. It will fill the tank, throw the valve and it will draw with the pump. Very simple set up.Re: No water pump pressure?I agree with GaryKH. It is easy enough to just bump the valve and cause it to suck air. BobRe: What is this part called on the fresh water tankGaryKH x2Re: Can't wait for a Class B, might just get a vanI-10bound I would recommend you go over to http://www.cheaprvliving.com/forums/ They are more into the van dwelling and I think you will receive more help and more answers to what you are trying to accomplish.Re: The seal on older Class B'sI-10bound I have a 99 RoadTrek and have had no problem with the roof or have I heard of any problems. What I have found is that most "B"s have been well taken care of,a few exceptions. Most people form an attachment to their "B"s, treat them well and a lot have complete records of all the maintenance. I usually put at least two coats of wax on the fiber glass roof and at least one coat on the body every year. I also keep it under roof/ carport, out of the sun, rain and snow. Bob, from the NERe: Where do you put your lawn chairsI have 3 GCI Express Loungers that I carry under the rear dinette seat. They are director style chairs but they fold down to about the size of a briefcase. https://www.amazon.com/GCI-Outdoor-Xpress-Lounger-Directors/dp/B0026VQC0I?th=1 Amazon is saying $82. but I got mine from Pro Bass for $39 a few years ago.Re: Roadtrek storage compartment hinge replacementIf it is the same as mine it is a plastic hinge so you can use the old holes or make new ones thru the plastic hinge. There should be a profile of the hinge on the link I posted 10/6 9:52 pm. It will show that there is plenty of room for the bolt heads. I just used approximately the same amt of bolts as they used pop rivets. It has been a while but I think I used the old pop rivet holes to install the hinge to the door but I just drilled new holes when I installed to the van as I was unable to see the old holes after I raised the door into place. The plastic hinge has no holes at all. Just drill where they are needed.
