I wouldn't even be halfway through the sports section by then. -DaveRe: Update old b&w companion with new rvb3500 baseThe newer base has two different mounting positions for the post. It allows you to position the kingpin anywhere between 1" in front of the post to 7" behind the post. You can download the RVK3500 directions here and look at the different configurations: http://www.turnoverball.com/sites/default/files/rvk3500_02_04_2014.pdf -DaveRe: Short bed with companion sliderDepending on how your hitch is setup, you may be able to reverse the pivot arms and get the hitch head a couple of inches closer to the cab. Look at the section on "INSTALL PIVOT ARMS" in the instructions here: http://www.turnoverball.com/sites/default/files/rvk3400_03_02_2015.pdf If in doubt, call B&W, they have great customer service (620.473.3664) and may be able to help. -DaveRe: Diesel fuel around Cheery Hill Park (DC area)I was just there last week. I filled up with diesel from the BP station at the intersection of Cherry Hill Rd. and Baltimore Ave. I had no issue with the fuel I got there. -DaveRe: Bunkhouse with 6 point leveling.....I think Forest River has it as an option on their Wildcat line. -DekeRe: 50amp on RV, how to plug in at home?I have a similar Wildcat. Here is what I had to do to get the one air conditioner running on a 15 amp garage plug: 1) Turn off the trailer's water heater circuit breaker. The wildcat has a gas/electric WH and it will be running off electric unless that breaker is turned. There is also a tiny switch inside the WH that allows you to turn it off but it's hard to reach. The WH switch on the panel inside the trailer is just for running it on gas. 2) Turn off the wildcat's refrigerators. The outdoor fridge is not a typical RV low power DC/GAS fridge and is easily forgotten. It draws a lot of amps when it's compressor turns on and that was what finally stopped my garage circuit from popping. I now have a 50 amp plug in the garage so I don't worry about it any more. Hopefully this works for you. -DaveRe: Florida RV Park/State Park on the OceanYou might want to consider Hannah Park in Jacksonville Beach. It is right across the street from the beach and has lots of wooded pull through sites with FHU. https://www.coj.net/Departments/Parks-and-Recreation/Recreation-and-Community-Programming/Docs/Hanna-Park/hannamap-jan11.aspx -Dave Edit: No pool but they do have a water park for the kids.
