Make sure you have the new version of the bolt "crown" that they offer with a cotter pin holding it in place. My hitch was purchased in 2013. We were very lucky. We were going slow when the nut came off so we had no damage to the truck or trailer due to the nut coming off the bolt/roller. Contact me for further info.
