The washer/dryer was put in by the dealer over the winter and when we first turned it on it had pink antifreeze coming out. Just had bad luck I guess.Re: Designer 35RLTS and Jayco Talk...Thanks Frank!!We took our Designer RLTS out for the first time this season. Opened it up and the rear road side slider leaked . We had soaked carpets that smelled mildewy. Then we tried the kitchen sink faucet. There was a hairline crack in it and water sprayed everywhere. Then we tried the washer/dryer combo for the first time. Water poured out from a connection and soaked the bedroom carpet. Needless to say it was a very wet weekend. I am not a happy camper.Re: Designer 35RLTS and Jayco Talk...Thanks Frank!!Hi everyone, First let me say that we love out 2009 35RLTS. It has more room than we evr hoped for and seems to be made well. We unfortunatley didn't get a generator when we bought our unit although it does come with a prep kit. Can anyone give some suggestions on what type of generator to purchase that will run most of our appliances and still is reasonably priced? ThanksRe: Designer 35RLTS and Jayco Talk...Thanks Frank!!We have a 09 35RLTS and a 08 F250 4x4 with a 6.4 PSD and a 3:73 rear. We've now made two trips in it including the Catskills and had no trouble pulling the 5th wheel. The F250 is rated to pull 16,000lbs and our trailer weighs a little over 12,600 loaded. It pulls it without a problem as long as you take your time and realize you are pulling a small house behind you.Re: Designer 35RLTS and Jayco Talk...Thanks Frank!!Hi all, I just picked up my new 35 RLTS today. It is an awesome coach. I do have a question. Since there are several campgrounds that do not have 50 amp service is there something I can do to have at least 30 amp? Thanks in advance for any help.
