I just really hate the feel of turning in 4WD. I swear something will snap if you turn to hard. Reading different articles about low range where they say to use it for off road and towing heavy loads. But if you can't steer what good is it. Going to find out more about this. I have a small tractor that offers hi and low range in 2 and 4 wheel drive. For a little tractor you can move lots in 2low without the binding.Should 2 Wheel Drive Low Range be a option??While visiting a local hilly campground I had finished my visit and was heading to the clean out. The location of the cleanout was up a steep incline and around a bend on pavement. I had to decide to pull in 2HI and strain my transmission or choose 4LOW and risk damaging my front axle. Who else thinks trucks should offer 2 wheel drive low range as a option??
