Works well when I've done this before elsewhere - go in get RV ready for storage - store - return and move to a site while getting ready for onward travel. I'd really like north or east and would go aways out, say up to 100 miles.Florida - LakelandGoing south on 98. Going through town looks like a pain. I'm not opposed to going around and paying tolls. Near as I can figure without a Sunpass and with a motorhome towing it would only be about $4.00. Does that make sense or is there some other way to go about getting to Wachula that I'm not picking up.Re: DVD player SetupThanks for all the interest. Yes, modulator is built into the switching box and I've tried TV (which is what I kinda recall using when it last worked, if I watched more often than once a month or so I might be more certain of settings). Anyway, tried several - TV, AV, DVD changing input source as appropriate. Jenson has all above inputs plus 2 HDMI. Why in this day and age Winnebago set it up for modulator is beyond me but was OK with til it didn't work All cabling in the wall or behind the Entertainment panel where player and switching box are. Looking like I'll have to open it up and see what's connected to what.Re: DVD player SetupRescanned, picking up OTA signals not the DVD/modulator. So everything would seem to be good back to the modulator. Or the modulator connection to the switching box. Sigh.. surgery may be necessary.Re: DVD player SetupSo many settings, forgot- TV (Jenson) set to be TV. A modulator is antique tech which, since I am also antique am most familiar with in early computer days. Computer output was set to a device that modulated it into a signal you could view on your TV. I am somewhat surprised this is in a 2014 RV but it worked - until it didntDVD player SetupWent to use DVD player and get nothing on the TV. Worked last time we used it a few weeks back. Don't use the TV often so it's always a challenge moving from one mode to another. Since last DVD viewing had set up for cable so I figure it's far more like to be a configuration issue than a cable coming loose to check which would require minor surgery. DVD plays via a modulator. Setting I have are modulator on (light verifies) channel 3 (also tried 4) TV switch box set to TV ant, TV itself set to air and channels scanned with modulator on. Returned some channels but not DVD. Any corrections or ideas before I start surgery?West Texas Sierra Blanca Van Horn FM1111Has anyone taken RM1111 between I10 and US62 and has a sense of how it might compare with TX54? I've driven Texas enough to know a good FM won't be much different from a typical state highway. Looks ok on satellite and streetview but you know how that goes - any insights welcome, the more recent the better... thanksRe: NM 6 I40 to BelenThanks folks, checked traffic which was showing green early afternoon so went via Albuquerque. No problems. Did see signs indicating delays at Hwy 6 exits on I40 and 25.NM 6 I40 to BelenNM6 looks like a good way around Albuquerque but its not showing as a truck route in my truckers atlas. Doesn't show in grades in my Mountain Directory. Looks ok on satellite. Any known problems for a 40 ft diesel pusher towing?Around Coolidge AZ?Going from Pichaco State Park to higher (and cooler) ground - Globe, Show Low. Been through Coolidge once for Casa Grande. Not bad but don't need to again. Would any of those roads I see east and south work as a bypass without problems - like weight limits? Thanks 40 ft pusher towing
