Every couple of hours the igniter for the gas will start to spark and try to light the gas part of the frig but the gas is turned off and I am plugged in to shore power so there is no need for the gas side of the frig it only tries for a couple of minutes and then quits.is this the beginning of a failing board or what else could be causing this? When I am not plugged in to power the frig works just fine on the gas side not sure what to look for at this point.Re: Anyone dewinterizing and heading to Bristol??????we go to the chicagoland speedway in September.camp at the track they really do a nice job with there campgrounds and porta potties if you need to use them there the campgrounds seem to be mild there have some strict quiet hours unless you are in the infield cant wait but we here in Illinois we are definitely getting tired of cold and snow, lets get this spring going and oh yeah lets go 24Re: 30 AMP home wiring Questionthis is what I did I have worked as a electrician for 20 years.i would use the black and red as your 120 volt hots the white would be a neutral since some of higher tech high voltage appliances with all the integrated circuit panels need a neutral to work properly and then get a 8 ft. ground rod and drive it in the ground and the run a 10 bare or coated wire to the ground lug on your rv outlet or sub panel whichever you are using because in my area sub feed panels all need a isolated ground which you will create with the ground rod do this and you will be adequate for all the nec codes that I have dealt withRe: Wisconsin Dellsthey are small will give you that but sites in the dells are on top of each other, I fit my 33ft travel trailer on the site I get with no problemRe: Wisconsin Dellsa real nice campground to stay at is outside of the dells just far enough but still close ,it is called fox hill resort it is located by Baraboo great prices much cheaper than some of the closer campgrounds in the dells . we have looked at a lot of campgrounds when we go up there and this is one of the best, great owners super clean shower houses and scheduled activities for the kids to do if you have some. check there website out you would not be disappointed even have free wifiRe: Wisconsin DellsI guess I would say no way we have been up there many years in a row for about ten days each and only choose to do a few things each year and we still have things we have not done yet. Up there it is all about water.Re: 12v electrical help neededif I was doing this I would go to a big box store and buy 2- 3way 15 amp switches at about 1.49 each get a drawing of a 3way circuit and wire in the same manner except substitute 12 volt where the 120 volt was in the drawing rather easyRe: Outdoor "decorative" lighting RANT!totally agree with you wbwood and de88rox there is only so many things that a person can control all other things let go you will live much longer.Re: Outdoor "decorative" lighting RANT!believe what you like if you do not like the light that I pay electricity to use than move your camper if the light security thing doesn't work than ask your local police and see which houses are burglarized the houses with or without exterior lighting
