This is the adapter that the previous owner had connected to the antenna cable. I dont see how this could be of any use considering the antenna connection on the stereo. So is there any way to connect the roof antenna to the back of this stereo? Any adapter I can use?Is this antenna for FM Radio & how do I connect to it?This topic has been moved to another forum. Is this antenna for radio, and if so, how do I connect my Sony RV AM/FM/DVD stereo to it? The stereo unit has a single wire antenna currently connected to it and it doesnt receive hardly any stations. Thanks-Dan Suggestions for upgraded FM antenna? In our Jayco TT we have a Sony DVD/CD/FM stereo with a single wire antenna that doesn't pick up much for radio stations (depending on location, of course). Are there any options for an upgraded antenna that will work with this, possibly something amplified? This is what the plug looks like, and I have no issues splicing to this plug if needed. Thanks- DanReplacing original TV hookup with a Winegard SensarProHey folks, I bought the Winegard SensarPro to replace my original TV hookup but I'm wondering, the cable would run from my original plate to the back of the TV. With the SensarPro am I going to need go still a hole in the wall to connect my TV to the new plate? I was thinking I would run the wire through the new plate if that is what I have to do. Any thoughts? Thanks-Dan Re: Upside down DIY drill press for working under the RVSlow with a small diameter drill is not better. You need RPM and feed. You want chips, not stringers. Cutting oil is key, your drills will last much longer using proper feed and speed (as mentioned earlier).
