Been over dirt roads, highways and some rough campground roads too.Re: Sewer hook-up with 3 tanks & 2 drain connectionsWE also have 2 dumps, the kitchen is in the back & never gets full even on a week stay. So I just move the waste hose at the end of our trip. I do if possible to park so my tires are in line with the dump at the site or dump station that way I don't have to move the trailer and can get at both (20' hose)Re: 2014 dodge 1500 newbieYou will love towing with the RAM. We have towed twice with our new truck. Just booked a 2week trip to Bar Harbour with 3 nights in Vermont on the way there. From what I hear we will be on some smaller raods & hills. Our 2003 that was a 2X4 hemi and 3:55 gears in OK going through mountains and into Lake Placid last year. So I'm hopping for good things this trip.Re: TT performed well on first trip, as did TVGee, I did post the other day but don't see it. The software was to do with with some kind of communication hub. All is good after update.Re: TT performed well on first trip, as did TVwell back after long weekend & first trip with new truck. All worked great and love the built in brake controller. I did think it was looking for gears more on the trip home-maybe more up hill, yes I did have it in tow/haul. Will be at the dealer on Friday for an update to some software.Re: TT performed well on first trip, as did TVNice to hear all went well. This weekend will be the first tow with our 2014 Ram and same specs as yours but an SXT package.Re: 2014 2500 Ram MirrorsHad them on my 2003 and would NOT want to be without them. They are on my new 2014 and the OEM brake controller. Have not towed yet as bought new truck as a Christmas gift to me :D. The one thing I don't like with the new tow mirrors is the convex part of the mirroe used to be in the upper one corner and now it's a long thin one. It's runs down the outside of the reg. mirror and this part is NOT remote!! I find it doen't let me see as much as the older style, but getting use to it. Will not be towing till sometime in late April or May or when ever this snow goes for good.Re: Do you equip your "backup spotter" with a walkie-talkie?We have them & use them more at home as I have to back up about 40' into the side yard and through a 10' gate. I did more the one post over so this year will have almost 12' to back up through.;)Re: New TV-another RAM & Hemi Robert and Patsy wrote: I am probably the only person that does not know the answer to this, but what are you pulling with this truck? Or look at my signature at bottom of my post.;)
