I have a Coachman Catilina TT and went through last winter below zero for all of January and it did ok the water only froze when I left it for the weekend. From the research I've done the Sanibel 5th wheel series has the best insulating package out there they say its tested at -13 and stays about 72 inside. Amazing how polarizing this topic is! I asked the same question with the same 50/50 results. As a Journeyman Lineman I live in my 28' TT and don't mind the laundry mat when my job allows the time for it. But my wife hates laundry mats. So in about a month we are upgrading to a 39' Sanibel (hopefully fingers crossed) and it WILL have stackable w/d installed. So morale of the story? Theres a lot of bunkhouse floor plans out there that are really nice. But good luck on finding a 7.3 , best engine ford ever made and nobody is selling them because they make them anymore. I have a 2013 GMC 4x4 HD pulling a Coachman 29RKS about 6000 lbs fully loaded. I get about 15mpg pulling about 21 mpg without trailer.
