I found the kit at rvpartsnation.com for 30 ft kit $423.95 thinking I'm paying for EPDM but you are forced to check the box before ordering... "they reserve the right to "upgrade" to Superflex"... if it's a lot cheaper & upgrade / better... why is there this message?? Feeling like I might should just order from Amazon. Curious what you guys ended up doing & how did it work out? Thanks in advance! <3 https://www.rvpartsnation.com/rv-exterior/rv-roofing/rv-rubber-roof/rv-rubber-roof-kit/ We decided to put it off until next summer when we have had a chance to save up a bit. Was looking at the roof and decided we could wait another winter.Re: Superflex vs Dicor EPDMThanks for the info!Re: Superflex vs Dicor EPDM Bumpyroad wrote: what is this superflex made of? it wouldn't take much to be an improvement in my opinion. bumpy Looking further, it's an alternative to the EPDM roofing. Just wondering if anyone else has used it?Superflex vs Dicor EPDMWe have a 2005 Hybrid trailer where the roof is starting to wear out. It looks like it came with an EPDM roof. The question is: can I replace the EPDM roof with a Alpha Systems Superflex roof or should I stick with the original EPDM type roof? The difference is that the Superflex 25ft kit is $385 and the Dicor EPDM is $660. Thanks!Re: Show your mods!! epeters wrote: So, after thinking about how to carry the bikes safely but not loose all the room in the bed of the truck, I finally came up with a solution. It is made from wood and I use the rubber bungee/tie downs to hold the bikes in place. I've received complements at the campgrounds including where they could get one. If I had skills in welding, I'd consider building one out of metal vs wood, but I had to go with what I know. Painted and on the truck With bikes and supplies in the truck bed (gotta watch the weight now) This is awesome! I'm going to do this.Re: Show your mods!!The speakers weren't in that cabinet, just the wires. DH cable tied them out of the way, and we really gained a lot of space for the amount of work involved. I think at least one of the speakers is below that mirrored cabinet, and then there are the outside speakers.Re: Show your mods!!Cabinet over the couch has a car stereo installed in it, but a good amount of space was closed up, this is a similar picture to how it was originally: Opened up the enclosed space, tied up the wires with zip ties, and added a bottom shelf: I'm guessing that I recovered about a cubic foot of space.Re: Show your mods!! I see them quite well with Firefox here When I was at work today I saw them fine in internet explorer but here at home using firefox they don't show up.
