I did my 8.1 two years ago. Heat each nut on the exhaust manifold red hot and they will come right off. I had an engine machine shop plane off the manifold for $40. I am a retired mechanic, 40 plus years. I always used anti-seize compound on wheel lugs and nuts and never had a wheel come loose. My 03 Newmar Mountain Aire has had anti-seize on the lugs for 38,000 miles with zero problems, torqued at 475 FOOT POUNDS of torque J521Views0likes0Comments
