The tube is blocked. Some times the blockage may be shifted by taking the fridge out and "rolling it". This is a "hail mary" attempt to get it to work. How long will it work? 5 minutes or 5 days? It is a sealed unit. Replacement is the only true fix. Consider moving to a 120 volt cooling unit. ok thank you. I will look into replacements. thanks all for your help!Re: Fridge Issues pianotuna wrote: Rookiehookie, I expect the cooling unit is toast. the boiling unit is still working, I can feel that is warm and by the part the flame is, it's even hot. are the boiling unit and the cooling unit separate from each other, meaning the one can still work (boiling unit) and the other not (cooling unit)?Re: Fridge Issues pianotuna wrote: Rookiehookie, I expect the cooling unit is toast. would this mean the whole fridge needs to be replaced?Re: Fridge Issuesthanks for all the answers. I tried multiple times to turn it on/off. The boiling unit always gets warm, however the fridge doesn't cool, even if I leave it on for the whole night. Could this be an issue with the coolant (needing to be refilled)?Fridge Issueshi all hoping to get some help from y'all. recently I stumbled into some issues with my (older) RV fridge. it's a dometic RM2352 fridge and I always run it on propane. today, I turned on the fridge like always (on propane) and the marker/needle wandered into the green field indicating the fridge was on. after 1 hour I noticed the fridge wasn't cool at all (which it usually is by then) although the needle was still in the green field = fridge on. I went to have a look at the cooling unit and noticed no flame was burning but the boiling unit on the right hand side was a bit warm... so there must have been going on something... I recently changed the propane tank, both the stove and water heater work without issues. the fridge worked fine for the last few weeks. does anybody have an idea what this could be about? thank you in advance for your help.Re: Turn light not working - all others are mkirsch wrote: Not to rain on your parade, but fuses rarely blow for no reason. Replacing the fuse, it will likely blow again. Replacing it with a higher rated fuse will burn wires, so please don't do that. I replaced it with a equal fuse. I hope this will be a one-and-done blow, otherwise I'll have to dig deeper.Re: Turn light not working - all others areProblem is solved. It was the fuse of the right trailer stop/turn lamp... Thanks again for all the help, should have known better to check this at first (kind of embarrassing, but my knowledge on cars is growing... :D )Re: Turn light not working - all others areThanks for all the answers so far. Ill add some pictures to give a better understanding of the situation. First: This is what the wiring of the camper lights looks like. https://imgur.com/a/t77u9M4 Second: This is the cable that connects the truck camper to the truck (situated in the truck bed). https://imgur.com/a/UqKhokG Third: This is what the fuse panel of the truck (Chevy Silverado 1500, 2007) looks like. https://imgur.com/a/0U6Oylr As mentioned, all the lights on the truck are working, with the camper plugged in or not. The only light that is not working is the left turn light on the camper (on the truck, it works).Re: Turn light not working - all others are JRscooby wrote: Bedlam wrote: Brake and turn use the same wire to the camper. Most likely it is on the truck end where it combines these lines. Does not say what truck is. Does it use seperate lamp brake/turn? Might be in the turn signal switch. The truck is a Chevy 1500 Silverado from 2007. There is only one wire/connection from the truck to the camper, which connects all electrical stuff (charging the house battery of the camper, tail lights etc.)Re: Turn light not working - all others are opnspaces wrote: Are you talking about the lights on the truck or are there lights mounted on the camper? If lights on the camper try unplugging the camper and see if the trucks taillights function properly. If the lights work when the camper is unplugged you have a problem with the truck that just happens to have a camper sitting on it. At that point ignore the camper and focus on a truck that has a problem with the right turn signal. And yes it could be a blown fuse. I am talking about the lights mounted on the camper. All the taillights on the truck - its a Chevy Silverado 1500 - work accordingly, with the camper plugged in or not.
