TxGearhead wrote: After you use it stick your finger down the toilet and measure how far up your finger the water is. Then ask another neighbor if you can rinse their tank. Then ask a neighbor if you can clean their tank and do the same thing. Average the 3 readings. Then lick your finger dry and go back to your camper and have a very strong drink. This type of response isn't helpful and causes people to leave this forum. Snarky at best.Re: Trailer disconnected message on F150I had the same issue with a F250. With trailer wheels removed, they found brake wire insulation had worn and shorted out.Re: Flooring GlueI've had a similar situation and successfully used gorilla glue. It has held for a few years now.Re: Unique eateriesHillbilly Willy's Bar-B-Q near Chattanooga, TN. We installed a separate plug (https://www.amazon.com/Marinco-150BBI-Marine-Charger-125-Volt/dp/B000NI38MG/ref=sr_1_16?dchild=1&keywords=15+amp+marine+plug&qid=1610989066&sr=8-16). From the plug we ran romex cable to an interior wall switch. Then we run an extension cord goes from that separate plug to the pedestal 15 amp outlet. We plug our space heater into that wall switch. That puts the heater on a dedicated circuit and runs independently from all appliances in the RV. Never had a problem. If a pedestal doesn't have a 15 amp plug (nearly all do, tho), we use a 30amp to 15amp dogbone to adapt to the extension cord. DW also uses that plug to run her hair dryer as that draws a lot of amperage.Re: Another dog food recallThanks for posting!Re: Coachmen Freedom Express 292BHDS Liberty EditionWe have a 2015 Freedom Express Liberty (322 RLDS). After a few years, we finally got things fairly squared away. But quality really lacked, we replaced 2 air conditioners, one water pump, fixed numerous leaks, had our black tank just fall out of the trailer, slide outs leaked, tv was mis-wired, radio did not work, etc., etc. Bottom line: check it out thoroughly (and maybe do a trail camping trip before buying).Re: RV sheetsAmazon and other places have adjustable bed sheets we've used with success. They use drawstrings and velcro to adjust the sizes. We got ours from pplmotorhomes.com.
