When I bought it several years ago I saw where it had Awning upper and lower brackets and a awning rail. But no bars or awning. The fabric had been cutoff at the rail about an inch an I slid it out today. I looked at the options in the purchase sheet and saw it had A&E arms and a 13' awning installed when purchased. I want to get rail arms and another awning. I think A&E is now Dometic. I am posting the A&E part numbers because web search is not finding them. Does anyone have a cross reference for these. I called several dealers saying they don't know and want to do complete install. I don't. It's only a 13' awning and I already have the brackets for the side rails and the awning rail. I prefer to save a lot of money but installing awning if I can get the right rails. Yeah, a fast job but I still have the one main problem. Even doing it that exact same way the mattress sticks out so the one end of the kitchen table bench and tv shelf are covered like 5 inches by the tent. There is not full access to that side of the table bench or shelf. Now on the other end no problem because a kitchen cabinet and bathroom wall hold the mattress flat. It is annoying because 3 or more people cannot sit at the table without the tent pushing you in the back with tent in. And if you turtle for the night the full length of the table bed cannot be accessed by your feet by the tent pushing on your feet.Re: Dutchman 2007 Aerolite 195 Cub Bed fold in directionsThanks Mike, I am pretty happy with pre-folding that small section first and the fan was all the way in the bathroom. When I add a fan vent instead of the regular vent in living area I am sure it will work exactly like his video. The suction pulls it in nice and you just have to gently tuck outside. My cub beds are not exactly light to hold up myself when tucking outside in but I can do it solo.Re: Dutchman 2007 Aerolite 195 Cub Bed fold in directionsThanks for the advice. I tried it that way too and still had some problems. I did see a video on youtube which is titled Roo Bunk Close. Very nice video and worked pretty good for me. What he does is pre-fold up his mattress at the sectional fold area and then attaches his side straps to hold it in place. I have no side straps but do have some snaps at the very rear that hold the entire mattress in place. You then close you RV door and turn the exhaust fans on in the main area and the bathroom with of course the bathroom door open. It doesn't take long at all as you see in the video for the tent canvas to be sucked in by the vacuum. It is a rather fast process. However since I have no exhaust fan in my main area of the Dutchman Aerolite 195 it takes longer than his video but it works. I may replace that regular vent with a fan vent since it works so well. There is another video there of a different camper who uses the same vacuum method and his also works well.Dutchman 2007 Aerolite 195 Cub Bed fold in directionsI purchased a used 2007 Dutchman Aerolite Hybrid in very good condition. Even the dealer didn't explain this to me. I have the biggest problem folding the beds in. They fold out immediately and in 2 minutes they are done. Folding back in they never want to line up properly. The bed by the booth table sticks out like 9 inches and blocks getting into the booth. Can anyone send a video to my email or give me step by step instructions. This is exactly how I do it and it never works out. 1. Fold bed down and attach the circular folding bar to stretch tent. 2. Attach the solid bar to tension the tent properly. 3. Done, no problem. Now, folding tent back in. 1. Go inside and take the solid bar off 2. Fold down the circular bar 3. Tuck tent in and push in and goes in easily. Problem is the inside where the mattress is seamed to fold at about 1/3 of the mattress section it never folds up properly and sticks out into the room. Any help appreciated
