I would highly recommend the Breville countertop toaster/oven. We also have one in the house and for the two of us it serves almost all of our oven needs.Re: DogsMy two Boston Terriers love going traveling and camping with us. They always go. We never leave them out by themselves and their always on leash. What I hate is while walking my leashed dogs someones "oh they never hurt anyone" dog running out and attacking my leashed dogs. I usually carry pepper spray for those....Re: Vultures! Those look like black headed vultures. Turkey Vultures have red heads. Black headed vultures have been known to attack and kill young livestock while Turkey Vultures will kill nothing. I have a pair of Turkey Vultures nesting in an old chicken house on my property and have studied up on them. Very interesting birds. They are protected by law so you can't really do anything to disturb them. I kind of like them.....Re: GPS Certainly Not a Perfect ScienceIt may not be perfect but man it's amazing how these things work. Sometime when you're not doing much look into how GPS really works. Apple keeps rolling out updates for newer phones but if you update older phone you risk killing battery. Also, you WILL miss that android "back" button if you go iphone. If you've never owned either you won't know any better. I'm constantly trying to clear out pic's and apps to keep wife's iphone from running out of memory. On my android I just move stuff to the memory card. I hate itunes......Re: The end of sat. TV? Yes, but this article in Variety talks about quarterly losses of 300k+ in the traditional tv-subscriber model. They are holding on to some by bundling, and gaining overall through streaming services, but they are losing in the satellite market. This articlefrom Fortune, this April, shows a similar theme. Overall, traditional TV providers are struggling with cord-cutting. Satellite will hang on for a while because there is a rural market not met by high speed internet or cell networks, but I'm not sure how long that will last. 5 years - yes. 15 - I don't know! No doubt about it, streaming video will become the choice in the future. I've tried streaming Directv and it was not a satisfying experience. I think things will change, but I still think satellite will be around for a while. I can remember when secure messages were sent using morse code...I did it. I remember "C" band and built my own redwood dish from plans out of popular mechanics, I used a cellphone that was in a big bag, so I sure understand change. Things WILL change for sure.Re: The end of sat. TV?With over 19 million subscribers, it seems unlikely that they would shut down service without a viable alternative......viable.
