Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012I decided we needed a breakfast bar, so I moved the couch and put one in. This is a rough fitting in the picture. I stil have some finish work to do to it but I think it will work out pretty good. I even had room left when I was done for my recliner. Before my last trip I moved my RV Notebook data file to my dropbox folder. While on my trip I used my laptop and made entries into RV Notebook, when I got home and turned on my desktop computer it sync'd up the changed file on my desktop so I had all my changes I made while I was on the road. I used it for several other files that I wanted to have access to while on the road as well, works great and keeps things sync'd between all my computers that I have it installed on. Just thought I'd share. There are versions for Win, Mac and Linux although I couldn't use the Linux version because it requires Gnome and doesn't work in KDE. http://www.getdropbox.com I use it for my Outlook file also. I use 4 different computers so my Outlook calendar and email is syncd on all of my computersRe: Handy Hints, Gadgets, Products & Gizmos Cauzin Chaos wrote: I like that ramp... !!! My old one was a monster made of 2X4s and plywood. This is much better. :)Re: Handy Hints, Gadgets, Products & GizmosI just mounted the new ramp my brother made for me. We can jump on it and it has no flex. AWSOME! Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012 rhillx4 wrote: lol you had me scared for a bit there! Thinking you really hacked the wifes car up. lol BUT.....Can it be towed 4 down? :)Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012 Mike Schriber wrote: BTW... you motorhome guys are killing us with these cool mods in those huge basement storage compartments (that we'd love to have)! Mike I have seen a few trailers with big storage areas. My last motorhome was a Pace Arrow that had teeny tiny little storage bays. I have gotten some of my best mods from you guys here on the trailer forum. The Class A guys don't seem to do alot of mods. :)Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012I did a little fabricating and created a nice outdoor entertainment system. Re: ~Post your campsite photos here~Here was our 4th of July campsite. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the RV to the island so we camped on the brother in law's boat. :) The RV was set up at the bro in law's house. Free water and free electric. What could be better? :) Re: Handy Hints, Gadgets, Products & Gizmos crazyoldcoot wrote: Went to Office Depot and got a box of these. Great for hanging awning lights. I use them to hold the garbage bag in our outside popup garbage can.
