As others have mentioned, the buses aren't that comfortable but the scenery is awesomeRe: Cottonwood COE near Crofton, NEWe were just there last August, only we stayed across the Missouri river in the Nebraska tailwaters COE campground. We did drive through Cottonwood and the site description of a slight downslope would be accurate. The sites at Cottonwood were a little further apart than the ones at Nebraska tailwaters but the sites are pretty flat at the tailwaters. The front of the rv faces the Missouri river at the tailwatersRe: Inexpensive Overnight Campgrounds Near Tulsa, OKGoogle the regional ranger office and call themRe: RV parks in ArizonaI think Distant Drums is hard to get into, reservations are made far ahead of timeRe: Last minute camping in Tucson...There are always sites available at the Pima County Fairgrounds, $30/day or $150/week, full hookups, all gravel, easy access pull thru's. They have a monthly price, don't know what that isRe: Campground Near Bentonville, ARLook at www.rvparkreviews.com under Rogers/Bentonville. All of the available parks in the area are listed there. Your best bet for reasonable cost is one of the Corps of Engineers parks. We are currently at Prairie Creek, most of the park closes Nov 1 but 1 loop stays open. The water is shut off around Nov 15. The dump is available year round with fresh water. It's the closest park to Crystal Bridges. Horseshoe Bend also has a loop that stays open year round, some with water that stays on. No reservations in the winter, first come, first served. We just visited Crystal Bridges again and saw the Frank Lloyd Wright house.Re: Washing RVX2 on what 2naEagle said. We have used Wash Wax All on our 5'r since it was new. It has never had a water bath, except for rain. I can use this product even at "no wash" campgrounds. I have no connection to the product, just really like it. Initial kit it pricey but equipment lasts for years, just reorder the concentrateRe: Using fridge in feezing tempsX2 on what GordonThree said. Ours froze one winter in Carson City, we had to replace the cooling unit. What a painRe: Good Park near Carmel, CAWe volunteered as park hosts in Monterey County last winter. The fairgrounds is fine and closer to Pebble Beach than Marina Dunes but Marina Dunes might be easier to get into for your size rig.Re: DRV Mobile Suite Opinions SolicitedThere's a Facebook page for Suites owners, you might post your question there. Drv owners post about issues they may have and solutions. No matter what you buy your best resource is going to be actual owners
