This item came just at the right time. I have been having a lot of these problems since this spring and your letters help explain some of the problems. I have five more days of wearing the heart moniter and we will have a huddle with with all involved and decide our next steps. You can sure learn a lot on this net. I like "crabbin cabin"s route also. Went that way in 2002 when I retired and stayed three nights in Radium Hot Springs. Take time to relax in the large naturally heated pool that is about 5 feet deep and stays at about 104 degrees F. If I remember right it is just out of town on Rt 93. Great scenery and great people. North Carolina requires state inspection within the 90 day period before getting/renewing your license plate. On the class C it is only a safety inspection, no emissions testing required. Class C are titled as a "passenger vehicle" and the cost is 13.00 plus tax. No sticker issued, all is computerized. Not sure if class A is the same procedure or not. I think the only real hassle would be the state's requirement that the vehicle has to be inside the building. After living here for 20+ years I think it is just a money grab, not a true inspection.712Views0likes0CommentsRe: Who parks their RV at home or do you pay for storage?
I keep my class C at home, inside. We live in a Morton building with small living area (1700 sq ft) and large garage (3600 sq ft) with a 12H X 15 wide sliding door. No heat so cold in winter and hot in the summer. Built while we had the Shadow Cruiser fifth wheel so no trouble when we upgraded. Don't have the height for a class A so I think I'm safe.
