I killed at least one battery before I changed mine to a newer unit. I have a 1999 Lance 1020 and you've given me s few ideas to spruce mine up. The interior of yours is exactly like mine except for the fabrics. The one thing I'd really like to get is new seat cushion foam. 20 year old foam just doesn't work well anymore.Re: Photo Thread - Post a Photo of Your Truck Camper Here Re: Photo Thread - Post a Photo of Your Truck Camper Here Re: Good reasons for towing your trail rig aft of your TCHaving the ability to get a broken rig home is a great reason for having a trailer. My main reason is the price of trailer tires is nothing compared to the price of a good set of off road tires. Re: Need help finding TC owner. You could also try a Google image search on the truck and/or the people. It may point to a Facebook page or other page.Re: Truck camper and a motorcycle AITG wrote: Markh12 wrote: I can carry a bunch of extra's in the trailer along with the bike. The spare tire for the truck is in there to. I have no desire to crawl under the truck and camper to try and get it out otherwise. Actually I couldn't, the camper covers the socket used to lower the tire. This is exactly the setup I'm looking for. Ironically, I had thought about moving the spare into the trailer as well. Is the trailer set up as a bike hauler or did you have to install D rings? The trailer is setup to haul motorcycles or ATV's. It came with D rings and a ventilation system so fumes wouldn't build up. You can see one of the vents on the lower side of the trailer behind the wheel. The other vent is on the other side just below the roof line near the front. This trailer is balanced well enough that I can move it around by myself when it's empty. It has a beaver tail so loading and unloading is easy. The total length of the camper and trailer is right around 39 feet.Re: Truck camper and a motorcycle I can carry a bunch of extra's in the trailer along with the bike. That's what I use, except mine is a 6x10. The bike is out of the weather and I store the truck's spare tire, tools and generator in there also.Re: Dometic Fridge Won't Run on ACMy Dometic with a P-711 board did the same thing a couple weeks ago. I couldn't get it to switch to AC at all. It turned out to be the 10A fuse on the Dinosaur P-711 board.Re: How many TCers here?228
