My boss just got a gray TRX. Its a nice truck, sounds great and is very fast but other than that it looks like a Rebel. They are obviously different when parked next to each other but on its own it looks like any other Ram. Be sure the front end is in good shape, we've had our 2018 in twice now for the death wobble and we only have 40k on it. I do think the ride is pretty good and other than the death wobble thing it's been a solid truck. Gas mileage isn't great but it is a 3/4 ton truck with a gas engine so we weren't expecting much.636Views0likes0CommentsRe: Fog lights on w/ High Beams, New GM trucks
I read somewhere that the glare of the foglights can affect your long range vision at night since the brightest light is right in front of the vehicle and not further out. Driving down the highway at 65 mph I doubt any of us would have time to react to anything that our fog lights lit up before we were on it. I'm not going to lie though, driving down some back road I would love to have as much light as possible on the road in front of me so I could see where it would come in handy.457Views0likes0CommentsRe: Death wobble

Wasn't my truck or part of my team, but it was so new that it really couldn't have been worn out. Idk what the fix was , but betting a bad tire or caster way off and the right stretch of road. Guy said it would do it in the same spot, but not elsewhere. We have a 2018 F250 at work that suffered from the death wobble. It had just over 20k miles on it when it started. Ford added or replaced the steering damper, aligned it, and recommended new tires. We put new tires on it after getting it back from Ford and all is well, for the most part. We are at 35k now and it is starting to come back, a minor shaking can be felt momentarily through the steering wheel after hitting bumps/expansion joints on the highway. Probably could use another alignment, it is a work truck and gets driven like one.721Views0likes0Comments
