I never carry my own water in the tanks and don't trust the water at some parks. I always carry a 5 gallon jug of my own tap water to drink and make coffee. No bottle water for me.Re: You can tow it with a carA mid sized truck would have a hard time with this. So no a car can not tow these.Re: Just got a TT, overwhelmed by what I need to fill it :)That is too much trailer for your truck. I have a 2012 f150 and my trailer is 27 feet and weighs 5600 lbs loaded and I would not want to tow more than that. Dealer should have told you that. Short trips might be ok. Going anywhere near your max tow is bad.Re: Stabilizer maintenanceI use silicone. Seems to work fine.Re: Electric jack - how do I select one?Very first thing you said about no battery onboard. You do know it is illegal to tow your tt without the battery hooked up. The breakaway switch and brakes do not work without one.Re: Winterizing ProcessThanksRe: Winterizing Process Cecilt wrote: Dont forget to blow some air into the black tank flush line as well. This is one thing i forgot. Thanks for reminding me. You guys leave some antifreeze in the toilet bowl.Re: Silicone around windows Eyetattoo wrote: What about Dicor Non-Sag Lap Sealant? http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/dicor-non-sag-lap-sealant-white/32128 I was thinking about looking for that at my local rv shop.Re: Silicone around windowsI only found a couple of options at my local home depot for polyurethane. http://www.homedepot.ca/product/polyurethane-non-sag-sealant-296ml/958215 http://www.homedepot.ca/product/300ml-black-polyurethane-waterproof-roof-and-flashing-sealant/941864 Are any of these ok.Re: front jack and stickersWheel bearing grease or any all purpose grease will do.
