Thank you for the post Mark Twain. As with other social media forums Good Sam does its best to respond to complaints or concerns and obtain the information necessary to contact the member and address their concerns. Good Sam posts when a resolution has been made and thanks the member for advising us of the issues in addition to giving Good Sam the opportunity to correct the them and attempt to resolve them to the members satisfaction. In the interest of the members privacy we do not post the resolution but the OP/member can post the details of their resolution if they choose to.
