Is there road dirt or water getting thrown up on the motor or something?Re: 2012 Winnebago Vista 35FIf original tires, they are probably dated out by now, or close (2011 probably). Could replace the Michelins with Toyos to reduce that cost and still a good tire. For Winnebago products always check the side roof sealant at the cove. Check it yourself or have someone competent check it. Many Dealers don't have a clue. The risk of failed sealant is the roof can peal back in a high wind and ruin your roof. Easy to avoid with the right inspection and the right caulk (not Dicor), but expensive if neglected. These guys explain it best. Winnebago Roof Cove MaintenanceRe: Dishwasher install issues on 2016 Fleetwood ExcursionIn place of the oven, I think you can just get the stove top portion of the oven rather than trying to figure out a counter top. Ours has the old fashioned style cooktop with front controls, but no oven underneath. Atwood CooktopRe: Here is something for you Class A people to upgrade toI knew once Porsche introduced a 4-dr and SUV, it was a slippery slope from there :) Beautiful coach.Re: Help finding fresh date TiresWhen I bought mine we discussed the "age out" before "wear out" issue and the dealer was sympathetic. He ordered 8 new tires so all had 6 week fresh date codes.Re: Car Trailer behind a class A MH PartyOf Five wrote: But then again why not just book 2 spots at the cg then ?!? That may be OK for a real slow campground, but I haven't seen a real slow campground in the last several years and it really sucks to see people booking sites for their toads and boats! Especially river or lake front! Just my vent - many campgrounds forbid it anymore.Re: Very Bad RV Wreck in OregonForget about the guardrails, just a shoulder would have been nice - yikes! Those are white knuckle roads.Re: Coach battery size/model MrWizard wrote: Inverter? He means your charging system aka converter Not everybody has an inverter/converter combo device in their installed : their RV That's true, in retrospect I don't think the Vista 26HEs had an inverter. Thanks for pointing that out.Re: Coach battery size/modelIf you do go to AGM batteries as Ed Gee suggested, you may have to change the settings on your inverter to AGMs.Re: Washing clothes while underwayWe like to do laundry while running down the road. If I remember correctly, we have to run back and restart the washer and/or dryer if I happen to shut the generator off and restart it for any reason.
