How much rent should i pay?
Am in a situation where I am seriously considering moving into my Flagstaff full time (10 months out of the year) in order to build up my savings. I have a friend who has a partially cleared acre of land with no plans of developing. I wrote this here because I will have to supply electric (have solar and a genny,) and bring in water and use a chemical toilet. Anyway, was wondering what a fair price to offer her to park my little trailer there and live? She is in need of $$$, but don't want to take advantage either. Thanks!5.9KViews0likes26Comments
