All ActivityMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsWon't ever buy a Keystone RVWe purchased a 2015 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel model # 279RKSWE on Oct 28, 2014 from Camping World, LV, NV. Before we even loaded it, the automatic jacks didn't work. We were able to get those fixed in January 2015 by the company that made the jacks following days of work. The sensors were installed backwards. By the time we were ready to go across country, we already had problems with the awning that was mounted wrong and sat on the door when it was opened, many of the hinge screws on the cabinets were stripped and loose, the counter top was separated, and the living room chair was defective. A local Keystone dealer was able to get the chair fixed. Everything else "needed approval" which never came. By the time we headed back home, we had a leak around the bedroom vent which we were able to get fixed at a Camping World. We had fixed many of the hinges ourselves. Some other issues, namely a bubble in the roof near the front of the camper, and the counter under the TV was coming away from the wall and the monitor for the tanks never went to "empty". We returned the RV to Camping World in LV on Oct 16, 2015. Some of these items have been fixed according to Camping World. It is now Nov 30th and we still can't get the roof fixed despite many, many photos and telephone conversations. We purchased an extended warranty that was supposed to cover all of these issues. Even THAT won't fix the roof. We are VERY disappointed in the quality control and customer service at Keystone. We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
