Well I used the 2 hole saw method this morning and it took maybe a minute and a half. This was a swing tongue, so I took it completely off and laid it upside down on the lawn. I was thinking of using my sawzall with a diablo metal blade and cutting 8 cuts about 1/4 of a inch in and using a vicegrip to bend them out some and then tapping the jack into the hole. Replacing my A-frame jack and the new one has the outside tube of 2-1/4" where my old one was 2". the 2nd (bottom) hole in the a frame is 2" and I need to enlarge it to 2-1/4" This is on a Trailmanor 3326 travel trailer.
