They created a FedEx shipment label when internet order was placed but the order was not filled for over a week. When using customer internet support to check on order was told repeatedly to use tracking number. Used customer internet chat (after 1 week) and finally found out order had not been filled, again told to check tracking number. Now over 2 weeks a NEW tracking number has been assigned and I think order has been filled. Not an all star for customer service in my book.beware adventure rvI've had a terrible time with a parts order. It seems there are NO humans that can assist you. No telephone assistance and a looping E-Mail system. Good luck with this company. Do your homework and be careful.Re: 2005 Mobile Suite 32TK3 + 2000 Ford F-250 Super Duty - OK?1999 250 7.3 total combined 20,000 pounds. I tow about 10,500. good luckRe: Diesel "loudness"?Yep, old trucks are louder. Problem is they are going to be around as you can't wear them out. 500,000 miles diesels are out there working and pulling every day. I don't know if newer diesel trucks last that long. Old ford powerstrokes and cummins seem to be the loudest, engine noise not exhaust noise.Re: Honda EU2000I generatorThat is a fair price considering you are buying an ALMOST life time piece of equipment. I paid about a grand apiece for my Hondas and am not overly concerned with maintenance and have about 2200hrs on one and over a 1000 hours on the other. Replaced starter ropes and 2 spark plugs. Best **** things I ever bought.Re: Mini fridge in basementJust a thought. I had a mini-frig in the basement and it worked well for drinks, etc. It also worked well to heat the compartment when the door was closed. Now if staying in a secure spot I take it out and place on table under the awning.Re: Clunking noiseThe noise may be that the trailer brakes are not equal to vehicle brakes. When you stop, the trailer glides forward and the tilt part of the hitch clunks. Then when you leave the hitch tilts back and may clunk. This is how I know when to adjust trailer brakes.
