Her exact statement was "We had an issue with our flush ball supplier and some of our flush balls are warping and dropping out of the base assembly making a gap between the ball and the seal." She said she would send me a new toilet if it was within the 2 Year warranty period.......and as my luck goes it was out of warranty!Re: Toilet not holding water mroseto wrote: Hello, A couple of weeks ago, my son (7) used the bathroom and had not everything fit going down. He used the toilet brush to push everything down, and managed to remove the seal as well as get the brush stuck in the toilet. I was able to get the brush out, but I lost the seal. We replaced the seal this weekend but its not holding water in the bowl. Is it possible he bent the flush ball slightly and now its not against the seal like it should? So far we have been lucky and the smell isn't bad, but it would only take a real hot weekend to make the bathroom unbearable. Thanks Mike
