2001 Ford V-10 Gas Guage
I have a Ford F53 Chassis. My gas gauge started acting up. I filled it up and it only registered 3/4 full. Now I have it parked and it reads about 1/4 full. Does anyone know what would cause this? I have a 2001 Allegro with a V-10. At the front of the engine at the 3/4 inch heater hose connection there is a fitting that looks like some kind of vent. It is covered by a rubber fitting and a clamp and is located just below the place where the 3/4 inch hose connects. Could anyone tell me the purpose of this vent/fitting and how it is used?637Views0likes3Comments
