Fortunately money is not particularly an issue at this point in time. North Georgia is a beautiful area with lots of near by recreation and activities. Paradise Valley RV Campground is a private condominium Campground in Cleveland Georgia. There are 290 sites in the community. The campground is unique among campgrounds we've stayed at in our travels. Many even most of the owners are there only during the summer season, and traveling or staying in Florida the rest of the year. Other folks find it practical to have a usable place to park their RV year around rather than paying storage fees. Owner Fees are currently less than $500 per year and property taxes are only a couple of hundred dollars.
