There are quite a few day campers in the park each day coming to the beach and to go fishing. We have never had any problems leaving our gear outside. We leave chairs and our bikes, umbrellas, grill. No problems. Dump station are good and easy to get to. Water is good to drink, no problems. Bath houses have always been clean. It is surrounded on three sides by water bay and the gulf. So I guess if it was to rain a whole bunch it could be wet as it is not very high ground. We have not seen this problem. The camp grounds are next to the Bay. The Gulf beach is about a mile from the camp grounds. Enjoy it you will. JoeRe: St. Andrews State Park, Florida Questions? We have camped at this park many times over the last five yrs. It is one of our favorite parks. Have never been in one of the bath houses when it was not clean. If it rains a lot sometimes water will stand in some of the wooded campgrounds. We have never had a problem with this. It also has a great beach area, and plenty of restaurants that are close by with lots of good food. I would highly recommend St. Andrews. Drive thru and pick you a good spot you won't be disappointed. This park is a little more city as St Joe is a little more country. We love both. Joe
