I hooked up the solo node and am now getting all 3 satellites and everything looks good. The whole process including getting locals changed was a lot easier than expected. We are happy campers(RV'ers) now. :)Re: Portable Dish Antenna?Back again... I am now at my winter location. Using a DISH 1000.2 dish on a tripod and a single hopper. I set everything up, aimed the dish and everything seems to be working except for the locals which I will request via a chat session shortly. My question is that I have a single coax coming from the dish and I have not yet connected the solo node that I bought but the hopper "seems" to be working fine. The diagrams show two coax coming from the dish and going into the solo node and a single coax going from there to the hopper. What am I missing here? Is the solo node needed for anything and if so where does the second coax connect to the dish?Re: RV selling-pricing questionsThe guideline I go with is to price it on NADA with no options then take 10% off low retail. But price it up or down from there depending on the condition of your unit. I've seen some that I would pay top dollar for and others I wouldn't even step into.Re: Need Feedback on Jekyll Island CampgroundWe're in G26 - BighornRe: Need Feedback on Jekyll Island Campground Bird Freak wrote: How long are you staying? Lengthwise there is at least 15-20 feet unused with the fifth wheel that is currently there. Plenty of side to side space also even though the slide of this person is right up on the electric box. I don't know if the picture will help any but here it is. Re: Need Feedback on Jekyll Island CampgroundI'm here at Jekyll Island campground right now! I'll try and get you a picture of the site tomorrow and post it.Re: private Rv sitesI haven't actually used this site but I had it bookmarked. I think it may be what you are looking for. RV lots for rentRe: Curt fifth Wheel HitchesThe only hitch I've owned is a Curt 20K and have been very happy with it. Not sure why anyone would recommend against it. It hitches, it unhitches, it's quiet...what else would you want? My guess would be that you probably wouldn't go wrong with just about any hitch.Re: Year Round CampgroundsOffseason campgrounds
