Seems to me it was much harder to get off than MeQuires. I'm pretty lazy you know. I like easy. Terry, Yes, they are all hard to take off. Take care sir.Re: Insurance quotesState Farm will allow you to reduce coverage while in storage or for no particular reason. Just don't cancel the entire policy because it takes them a lot of legwork to get it back through underwriting. Essentially, it is an automobile policy and you could just keep comprehensive coverage which is used for hail, wind, theft, vandalism, and fire. I have State Farm, but my policy is for a travel trailer which only covers comprehensive and collision. Your motorhome policy probably includes liability, personal injury, comprehensive, collision, uninsured motorist, towing, but double check with the office that you use.Re: Anyone have a favorite RV wax ???Before I use Meguiars Cleaner Wax or Meguiars Gold Carnuba Wax, I wash our Jayco with Meguiars Ultimate Wash and Wax. About $8 for the wash and wax bottle and about $8 for the wax container at Wal-Mart, Auto Zone, Advanced Auto, supermarkets. Nothing fancy, not expensive, not hard to find. Turtle Wax Ice, Mother's, and Chemical Guys are also good products I've used. :BRe: We're using the TT's fridge as a "semi-lifeboat"Cold beer and soda pop. :D This is a great thread.Re: Cleaning black streaksWash your camper several times, for several months using a good wash and wax soap like Meguiars, Turtle Wax, or Mothers. You need to wash out the dirt and grime that is causing these blacks streaks running down your windows, gutters, vents. To wipe off black streaks, try Meguiars Waterless Wash and Wax. Mothers also has one. FW1 also has one, but have not seen it Wal Mart. These waterless products have wax in them.Re: I finally got my 3500Beautiful truck. Red looks great going down the road.Re: Leaky waterhoseTry replacing the “city water inlet” on your RV. The threads on the inlet become soft and the fresh water hose doesn’t firmly seal causing it to spray or leak. Usually, 3 screws gently pull and replace.Re: Guess we found our new rig... Comments and thoughts?Great looking bunkhouse. Great colors and graphics.Re: Best way to make white trailers white again?FW1 https://images.app.goo.gl/zJc2yjm7v9STXsat6 This is a waterless wash and wax spray. Mother's, Mecguires, and RainX also have similar product. I liked it and it brightened our Jayco. Can also be sprayed on wheels and wiped down
