my Consumer Cellular doro has been great for 2 yrs, but the flip phone battery is getting very week CS, probably the only carrier to sell doro, is no help at all. they will not supply the $12 batt, and offer no trustworthy online source (amazon, target, and other reputable mail order giants push you to iffy 3rd party batt suppliers. on pressing CS, they suggest the trustworthy chain, batteriesplus -- but they do not carry the doro batt. same for atbatt. CS simultaneously badmouths doro as a reliable product that can last more than 2 yrs, then tells me to just order another. i am an engineer who hates to waste equipment for want of a simple part, or else i would just have CS send me another $50 flip phone. CS said any unlocked gsm phone will do. bestbuy says good luck finding one. any helpful ideas. i got interested in solar energy in late 70's. so many naysayers convinced me that the sunshine was too diffuse, undependable, and too hard to store. even if only some of the video speaker's ideas of future advances come true, it'll be big. for example, if car-on-demand replaces car ownership such that parking lots are empty, the acerage freed-up could be converted to solar energy collection.419Views0likes0CommentsRe: Christmas and New Year
